While every Rotolo’s serves the same great food from the same
recipes and suppliers, each Rotolo’s restaurant is locally owned and
operated and will reflect the owner and the community that they serve.
Our French Quarter location has the eclectic and eccentric nature found
in the French Quarter, the SLU and LSU locations buzz with the student
and community energy and our Luling, Jefferson, Coursey and Destrehan
stores have the “old style” Mayberry family feel.
All of our Rotolo’s owners are active in their community supporting
schools, Churches, local rec sports and various youth organizations.
We strive to make our employees part of our family and love the fact
that many Rotolo’s past employees have grown up and bring their
families to our restaurants to enjoy the “Rotolo’s experience.”
