What is the initial Franchise Fee?
$20,000.00. This money is well spent, being put toward your rights to the Rotolo’s brand and image. Rights to order Rotolo’s logo signage. A Corporate Supervisor to assist you in picking out your best location, and administrative assistance all the way up until the first 2 weeks after opening your new Rotolo’s! In plain terms, that means someone from Corporate will be in your kitchen helping to train your staff, Corporate will help you find a Manager to manage your location or if your are an Owner-Operated location will train you how to run your store. We even let you train at our flagship locations! How cool is that?!
How much do I need to open my Rotolo’s?
Total cost of each Rotolo’s varies by size and location. It completely depends if you are building your store from the ground up, or if you chose to remodel and existing location. Our Franchise Manager will discuss building options with you during your first meeting.
How long does it take to open a Rotolo’s?
It depends on your site selection, build out time, and training, but typically between the time a potential Franchisee meets with our Corporate team to the Grand Opening is 4 to 6 months.
How much are royalties?
Rotolo’s requires 5% of Owner Operated Stores and 7% of Corporate run stores. In addition, 2% from each store is used for Marketing and ongoing company wide Advertisements.
What are the average annual sales?
Again, it greatly depends on the specific Rotolo’s location. Any of our Franchisees would be happy to discuss their annual sales with you, once it is determined that you are serious about wanting to own a Rotolo’s.
