How do I open a Rotolo’s Pizzeria?

What kind of people is Rotolo’s looking for?
All types! If you’ve never owned a restaurant before, but would like to open 5 or more locations, contact us! If you’ve been a restaurant manager your entire career, but are now looking for some financial freedom, contact us! Prior business experience paired with personal financial qualifications is what we believe will make our franchisees and YOU successful.
What is the initial Franchise Fee?
$35,000.00. This money is well spent, being put toward your rights to:
- Rotolo’s brand and image
- Ordering Rotolo’s logo signage
- Having a Corporate Supervisor assist you in picking out your best location
- Administrative assistance all the way up until the first 2 weeks after opening your new Rotolo’s!
In plain terms, that means someone from Corporate will be in your kitchen helping to train your staff, and help you find a Manager to manage your location.
If you’re an Owner-Operated location, they’ll help you train you how to run your store. We even let you train at our flagship locations! How cool is that?!
How much do I need to open my Rotolo’s?
Total cost of each Rotolo’s varies by size and location. It depends if you’re building your store from the ground up, or if you chose to remodel an existing location.
Our franchise manager will discuss building options with you during your first meeting.
How long does it take to open a Rotolo’s?
Again, it depends on your site selection, build out time, and training. But typically between the time a potential franchisee meets with our Corporate team to the Grand Opening is 4 to 6 months.
How much are royalties?
Rotolo’s requires 5.75% of Owner Operated Stores and an additional 2% from each store is used for marketing and ongoing company-wide advertisements.
What are the average annual sales?
That depends on your specific Rotolo’s location. Any of our franchisees would be happy to discuss their annual sales with you, once it is determined that you are serious about wanting to own a Rotolo’s.
Does Rotolo’s offer private financing?
No, however Rotolo’s can direct potential franchisees to sources that have provided financial options to previous franchisees.
